The Chocolate and Cacao Forum is at the centre of the creation of the Chocolat Festival. Two days dedicated to discussing the most pertinent topics of these two collaborative worlds. These two days provide a unique gathering of distinguished figures from the most diversified fields. This year there is a particular focus on the concept of terroir in the world of cacao and the parallels with the world of wine and in particular Douro and Port wine.

The first day of the forum is dedicated to all the themes of the world of cacao, where cacao producers, cacao research organisations, promotional institutions and the world's leading cacao experts will discuss the most important topics of the moment across various panels.

The second day of the forum addresses the issues affecting the world of chocolate today. A platform where leading figures from the world of chocolate debate and clarify the most pertinent issues related to chocolate production.

These moments are a unique meeting place for the world of cacao and its major figures, the world of chocolate and its major players and this year the world of Port wine and its leading producers.
